  • How do I activate my Debit Card?

    • Activate by Automated Phone System
      • You will need to have your debit card with you
      • Call our automated system at 1 (888) 523-4308 and follow the prompts to activate your card
      • Upon successful completion of these steps your card will be activated!
    • If your Debit Card looks like this , activate by selecting “Employee Access” from the Log In button in the top right corner of this page
      • You will need to have your debit card with you
      • In the middle right of the screen you see a mySourceCard® icon, like this:
      • Click on the mySourceCard® icon and follow the prompts to enter your debit card number. Create a user name and password to activate your card.
      • Upon successful completion of these steps your card will be activated!
    • If your Debit Card looks like this , activate by selecting “Employee Summit Access” from the Log In button in the top right corner of this page.
  • What is the process for validating a debit card swipe?

    • IRS rules require all card transactions must be verified for eligible expenses. Under the rare circumstance when we cannot verify a debit card transactions we will send you a notification email requesting the receipt backup. This verification process helps the plan remain compliant so you and your employer continue to reap the benefits.
    • The best way to get us this requested information is using the SnapClaim feature through the VP HR mobile app. Log into your account and click “SnapClaim.” Follow the prompts to take photos of your receipts and upload and/or save them should any of your card swipes require verification and upload and/or save them should any of your card swipes require verification

    • OR, Log into the VantagePoint Benefit Administrators web portal and click “Online Claim Entry” and follow the prompts to upload electronic copies of receipts.
    • Or download and print the claim verification form. Complete the form and submit it via fax, 516-599-3135 or mail (Attn: Claims Department, 20 Blake Avenue, Lynbrook, NY 11563), along with copies of your itemized receipts for the card swipes listed on the form.
