VantagePoint Account

  • How do I reset my password?

    • It’s easy! Go to www.vantagepointbenefit.com
    • At the top right of the page, click on “click Forgot Username or Password”
    • Enter your identifying information and follow the prompts to change your password
  • How do I check my account balance?

    There are three ways to check your account balance. You can:

    • Log into your online VantagePoint Benefit Administrators account. Click on the link that says “Reimbursement accounts”
    • Download the VantagePoint HR mobile app on iTunes® or Google Play™, and check your account information at any time.
    • If you have a debit card you can call Toll-free 888-523-4308. 24/7 account access for any debit card accountholders
  • How can I access my benefits?

    • You can access all of your benefits by logging into your VantagePoint account on vantagepointbenefit.com or via the VantagePoint HR mobile app.
    • If you are new to VantagePoint:
      • You must first logon to the VantagePoint Benefit Administrators website and register as a first-time user.
      • If you have the VantagePoint debit card, just click on the debit card icon in the VantagePoint website to begin the first time user registration
      • If you do not have a debit card included in your program, or have not yet activated your debit card, you will need your employer code. The employer code is included in the welcome letter mailed to your home address approximately one week after enrollment in the VantagePoint system
      • Once you are logged into your VantagePoint Benefit Administrators account you can view all your benefits
      • Click on our link to view a short instruction video
    • You can also access your benefits via the VantagePoint HR mobile app from iTunes® or Google Play™. The app is the easiest way to manage your account – from viewing your account balance to submitting receipts via our SnapClaim photo feature
  • How do I get reimbursed?

    VantagePoint Benefit Administrators provides three methods of reimbursement

    • VantagePoint Debit Card
    • For submitted claims we will mail to reimbursement checks to your home
    • For submitted claims we will send via EFT reimbursement to your designated checking or savings account. This requires completion of a bank deposit authorization form. Please click here for the direct deposit form
