Don’t get stuck in the ACA quagmire with your clients! Employer requirements STILL remain. Penalties for non-compliance are high. Many components are needed to ensure full compliance. 1094s, 1095s, FT vs FTE vs PT, tracking, measuring, reporting, filing…you get the point!
